Privacy policy
How NIGHT VISION collects, uses and protects your information, and your rights.
Last updated:
1. Who we are
NIGHT VISION is a website and marketing studio based in Jordan.
2. What we collect
We collect what visitors enter in our forms: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, business name, field and city, links, budget, timeframe, messages, market, and an age confirmation (18 or older) with the date it was given. We agree on the subscription duration when we meet with you; we do not ask for dates in the form. We keep the age confirmation from the moment it is applied only; we do not add retroactive consent records for older requests.
We collect files clients upload to their project page, demonstration booking information, and daily visit counts without tracking individuals.
Cookies and local storage: only what is necessary for language, market and our team’s dashboard login. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. Why we use it
To respond and communicate, prepare quotations and free reports and designs, deliver projects, and comply with the law. We do not sell or rent information.
4. Who can see it
The NIGHT VISION team; service providers such as hosting and storage providers acting on our behalf; WhatsApp or email when the client chooses them; and official authorities when required by law.
5. Retention
We store information on secure servers that may be outside Jordan.
We securely retain your data and files and do not delete them automatically. You can request deletion at any time by emailing visionn426@gmail.com, and we will delete them within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing visionn426@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Protection
We use HTTPS, secret private links, and a password-protected dashboard with automatic locking. Files are only visible to their owner and our team.
8. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about people under 18.
